Johnathan Gray and his Aledo High School team continue their season Friday night against Mansfield Summit at Burleson. This is the second round of the playoffs after Aledo undressed Fort Worth Dunbar in the first round. Gray was overshadowed in that particular game by his quarterback Matthew Bishop, who was likely benefiting from the defense keying on Gray as he threw for 374 yards in the game. Gray had a pedestrian (by his standards) 26 carry, 193-yard, three touchdown performance as he threatens multiple Texas State and National rushing records.
